it doe’s sound like your anxiety is creepin up on you and might be your panicin too so yeah might be to much thinkin there but hey don’t worry about it you’ll be fine. just try to relax a little it happens to the best of us trust me.

i get that too. it's called sleep paralysis. basically your body is still paralyzed from rem sleep or it gets kind of "stuck" between being half asleep and fully asleep (your body paralyzes to keep you from moving around when you dream) but your brain is have awake. when it happens just try to concentrate on moving a finger and stay calm. eventually you will be able to get up. you are probably very stressed, it only happens to me when I'm stressed. you may want to tell your doctor if it concerns you, but its not a big deal. you may hear things or see things, but its because your still partially asleep. just remember that you'll be ok in a few minutes and try not to panic. i really feel for you. it suck when that happens and it still freaks me out sometimes when it does.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.
