Hi I am a canadian suffering from panic attack.I want treatment in south korea as i was am working here.?
I wont be back until next year to canada.Thanking you
If your Korean is limited, you may want to go to Yonsei University Hospital, or the Seoul National University Hospital. I have heard that they have fantastic international doctors there. However, from my own experience, Korean doctors are only too happy to hand out pills and what not, so it’s upto you whether you want to take any drugs. Im not sure of any places that speak English, but a Traditional Hospital would be better (in my opinion), and they will give you a natural alternative. They also do accupuncture, which is effective, as panic attacks derive from an imbalance in the nervous system. Could also have something to do with diet… so for your long term health, I would recommend to try something a little more natural first, and then work upwards from there. Medicine they could give you for panic attacks might have side effects, and as you are not in your home country, you never can be 100% sure of exactly what they are giving you. I too suffered from panic attacks, but I have had it under control since being in Korea. I really sympathise with you, as supermarkets and subways must be hell for you. You could try massage too, to relax you. Once or twice a week. Try to cut down on caffeine and sugar. These things can make you tense too. Green tea (powder form, not in the bags) is good for natural detox, and can be very helpful. Good luck, I hope that you can overcome them.
