Social anxiety . Don't let it turn into Agoraphobia, fear of leaving the house. You need medication to take the edge off. You would need to see a doctor asap so you don't let it consume you. No matter what you need to continue to go to these things. I know I felt like this in high school and I forced myself to go, as if facing my fears. I still graduated top of the class. I don't have them no more, but I did take Prozac for a while and it helped. I was afraid of nothing!

i get those, not as bad as that though, there is one cure and that is medication, also try to cam yourseld tell your self that its ok, that its not something to freak out about, also carry with you room tempature water everywhere you go like that because when you feel one coming, drink the water slowly and drink one sip count to 10 and then take another sip count to 10 then another…so on and so on.

Breath deeply through your nose using your abdominal muscles to fully fill your lungs. When you find yourself in those situations of stress pinch the lobes of your ears, starting from the front, working towards the back. This releases endorphins into your system to calm you down.
Drink Hawthorn Berry Tea 3 times per day. Also taking Potassium supplements and Calcium, regulate your heartbeat and cut stress. Another great tea for easing stress is Catnip.
Avoid the medicines that the doctors prescribe for this, as they don't fix the situation. They just keep you addicted and suppress the feelings. Meaning when you stop taking them these symptoms can get worse. The side effects of the drugs can include diarrhea, nausea, severe headaches and suicidal depression. I personally, find that would be more of a reason not to leave the house than the original anxiety in the first place.

I have had PAD since I was a teen. I totally relate. It was so bad I went to an all girls college cause guys would cause me to panic! I am almost symptom free now. For me I needed med as a way to deal first. Just to get me out of the worst of it. I took clonazepam. I would take 1/4 a pill a day, ONLY on days I knew I would panic. With only 1/4 a pill it stopped me from freaking out. This empowered me to deal with the panic. I knew I could go to a food court at a mall and be ok. So I did it, and it taught my mind that I was ok. Sure I was on med, but I was dealing with these situations. After 2 years I had the strength to face it all without meds. I would keep a pill in my bad just in case and slowly I faced my scarry situations. I freaked a few times, popped my 1/4 a pill and in 5 min I was ok. I kept trying. I went to therapy too. After many years and some great friends that I shared my panic attack thing with I am living pretty much panic free.
