flying fear?
Me and my boyfriend want to take a holiday abroad. We went to portugal by plane three years ago and I had major panic attacks the whole time! Is it just me or is the take off bit terrifying?! Any tips on how to calm nerves apart from alcohol! And when people have blood clots while flying is this due to different air pressure or sitting still for a long time as this scares me too! Thanks.
talk to your doctor, talk about your problem, he may want to help by prescribing something to calm your nerves during the flight, an anti anxiety medication such as Valium. it’ll help you sleep during the flight as well.
