I am having a panic attack and I want to know of a quick way to make it stop.? Sometimes when I am having a panic attack I can make it go away really quick but then there are times when it seems to last for hours. I usually get them at night, and before I go to bed, what can I do to stop them and to make myself stop having the panic attack that I am having now?
Hi, I was a victim of those terrible attacks and it stopped as soon as I put this in motion: 1. First of all, put up the gloves cecause Panic Attacks are a nightmare and YOU CAN KILL IT !!! 2. Search into the WEB and understand what are those, how you get them and how to get rid of those. 3. Seek help with a MD using Zoloft or Xanax… its great. You will feel ok after 20 minutes. 4. Then kill the ghost of PANIC ATTACKS … it always happen out of the blue … and from there all the attacks will be based on the fear of having them again .. so when you see that Panic Ghost coming at you: look him in the eye and don’t fear, you won’t die and you won’t pass out! it’s only mental not physical … 4. Use a notebook to write all the symptoms so you can identify them. 5. Then when you feel like you are having the fear of experiencing one, just laugh and tell yourself: here it comes again to fool me … and cool down, try to relax … look down or just close your eyes until you gain control … always laugh and try to think of it like Casper … smaller than you, you are stronger and healthier … you CAN DO THIS. 6. Since its mental, be stronger than it !! NEVER let that Panic Nightmare rule your life !!!
