This is best diagnosed by a doctor, not a group of on-line, but well meaning people. Make an appointment as soon as possible to get relief of the daily attacks!

No, they’re not a symptom of bipolar. You should get treatment for them anyway.

That doesn’t sound like bipolar disorder. The only circumstance where that could happen would be if you have panic attacks or show anxiety then get over them and feel completely normal then have a panic attack again.

No. It’s a symptom of anxiety disorders. Totally different. Takj to your doc about it.
I don’t know why everyone assumes they’re bipolar. It’s not fun or cool.

You should defiantly make an appointment with a doctor and have your issues properly assessed.
Good luck!

I don’t think panic and anxiety attacks on their own are symptoms of bipolar. I think there has to be other symptoms along with these to make it bipolar.
I know you are finding it hard right now and I hope the doctor listens to you properly sorts you out with the correct medication.

Go to the doctor, rather than here.. But ya they do sound like it.. You might be a nervous person.. Either way, go to the psychiatrist, and dont let it wait

Not necessarily. We do feel anxiety and/or panic sometimes…… But every time, every day while definetely indicating some anxiety disorder does not necessarily mean you are bipolar. In bipolar you will have an ‘up’ of frenzy of working, doing some thing, singing, cleaning, baking, cooking, etc. while when you come ‘down’ it will be all depression, lethargy, sleepiness, lying in bed all day. Do not substitute just plain laziness to the ‘down’ phase. While elements of this can be found in other disorders, there are clear cut differences in diagnoses. You should not come to conclusions. Best leave it to the experts.

Sometimes. I was diagnosed as bipolar and in stressful times and depending on mood would sometimes suffer anxiety and panic, which was made worse by being on the wrong medication for awhile.
You should see a doctor though, it is something you can work to handle and overcome and make life tons easier and better. Best of luck.

Hi.
If your panic attacks aren’t there for months at a time, and then are, they probably have more to do with hypomania than panic disorder. If you always have panic attacks regardless of your mood, then you may have a comorbid panic disorder. Even if that’s it, if they are much worse now and you are sleeping less with other signs of hypomania, it may be a sign that you are not stable. In any case, talk to you doctor. If this has picked up a lot recently, then call and get an appt sooner than later. No point dealing with it longer than necessary.
