Can anxiety and panic attacks be a symptom of bipolar?
My panic attacks are constant throughout the day.
Puckbunn..: Thanks for that awesome link – ive been doing research for a while now n have never came across one so informative. =)
Hi.
If your panic attacks aren’t there for months at a time, and then are, they probably have more to do with hypomania than panic disorder. If you always have panic attacks regardless of your mood, then you may have a comorbid panic disorder. Even if that’s it, if they are much worse now and you are sleeping less with other signs of hypomania, it may be a sign that you are not stable. In any case, talk to you doctor. If this has picked up a lot recently, then call and get an appt sooner than later. No point dealing with it longer than necessary.
