I’ve been getting panic attacks for about 2-3 years now…
they are not as bad as they use to be but i always seem to get them at night when I’m going to sleep and i really need to sleep cause i have a daughter and work with children.

You may be able to lower these by taking a prescription medecine prescribed by your doctor. Also you could breath deeply, or you could try a panic attack treatment like Panic Away, it may work.
