Panic Attacks & Anxiety Disorder – Does A Drug Free Cure Exist? You Betcha!
Is it a panic attack or an anxiety disorder? Do you suffer from either of these? They are both the same thing really; it’s just two ways to describe them.
You can suffer the same group of symptoms from either of these conditions. And it matters not whether mild or severe. You will still end up petrified with these attacks.
Whether you call them panic attacks or an anxiety disorder. You must try to find some relief before things get out of control. Something, anything that helps to keep these symptoms under control.
I know full well how urgent the need for treatment is after witnessing a full blown attack. Lots of different prescription drugs are available to treat these attacks. It’s vital that you see your doctor soon. There may be another underlying problem that needs identifying.
If you are sure you have a panic or anxiety disorder. My advice would be to opt for a non drug treatment. There are a few reasons why I would say that.
For a kick off you want to swerve any side effects if you can. Any course of medication will (or should) be for a short duration only. Most doctors would be wary of having you on long term medication.
It’s a certainty that most doctors would have you stop the drugs sooner rather than later. What’s going to happen if/when you stop taking medication? Indeed that’s a very good point.
It may come as welcome news that there are treatments and techniques out there that work. And they don’t rely on any kind of drugs. No medication (or hypnosis) of any kind.
These other techniques came about because other sufferers beat their problems and were eager to share. These techniques teach you to recognise when an attack is looming. And then quickly stamping down on them and halting an attack before it starts.
Your choice now is this…live with your panic attacks and anxiety disorder. Or decide to take control and teach yourself some killer techniques.
