It sounds like you are very depressed, anxious, socially isolated and withdrawing, hopeless, not taking good care of yourself. Insomnia is a symptom of depression. What you describe are not panic attacks unless at the time you wake up there is thought content that makes you overwhelmingly anxious, you feel it will never end and you feel like you will die. How do you get over them now? DO more of that. Repeat to yourself “this will not last, it is going to end, I will not die”. Did you just finish college or are you going to finish college? Do you live at home? How long has this been going on? Sometimes, large life events can cause anxiety and depression because we don’t know what will come next or we’re afraid we will fail. It sounds like you need a good physical to rule out something medical and then you need to see a psychiatrist for some meds to get you through the worst part of this. At the same time, get into therapy with a professional mental healthcare worker like a social worker or psychologist. If you live with someone see if you can talk to them or 1 of your friends before you withdraw TOO much.
