Panic attack and anxiety are difficult issues. I would talk to a therapist and try to work through the root issues. It may be possible to deal with them just a little at a time at first, and then maybe you can do more.
If you cannot get relief, you may need to see your doctor about medication to deal with the anxiety.
I wish you the best.

Panic attacks comes as a result of fear, anxiety is a combination of fear and imagination of something gonna happen that you becomes scared of. I have dealt with it in my family, fought it had to do all I can do to help her out of it which was not simple task. Medication sometimes don't work and the only thing that seemed to work was physical therapy. Most of the medication prescribed, have even bigger side effect including being suicidal and confused associated with depression. Perhaps is you learn about cognitive therapy it will help you out to understand the condition of these psychological disorders. Just on your computer type psychology on the search the web box and navigate through it to panic attacks, mania phobia and etc. Remember on thing though, patients suffering from this type of disorder do not show the same symptom even though they may be suffering the same thing
