Update on my daughter and her Panic Attacks

I just thought I would give you an update on my daughter and her panic attacks, well the news is good. Her confidence has soared and she has been making YouTube videos and has now got nearly 600 subscribers.

She has started going out more and she is meeting more people and she is even going up to London to meet new friends. Her whole attitude has changed since she has taken control of her Panic Attacks thanks to Joe Barry. She no longer lets people take advantage of her and has started to stand up for herself.

She is also no longer embarrassed about suffering from Panic Attacks; because of this her attacks are few and far between.

She tells people about them and says “if I have one don’t worry I will be fine just stay close and let me get over it”.

The difference I have seen in her over the past 6 Months is unbelievable. The down side is I now have a real teenager living in my house, but I have to say I enjoy the banter most of the time.

My daughter has a weird sense of humour and when she is in real teenage mode she tells me “I have been reading the teenagers manual and I’m supposed to be like this”. I think her next step the way she is going will be to write a manual about teenagers.

So to finish off Thank you Joe Barry for your One Move Technique and your Panic  Away programme it has really helped my daughter and our family, keep up the great work.

Teenage panic attacks

Teenage panic attacks – There is a solution

With so much pressure on teenagers is it any wonder that more teenagers are suffering from this condition.

My daughter when she hit her teens her attacks became more frequent, and they became more intense.

I took her to the doctors and I was told “Panic attacks in teenagers was very common and not to worry she would grow out of it”

When you see you daughter having an attack and it looks like her heart is going to explode out of her chest I didn’t find this very comforting.

I felt very alone, I didn’t know anyone else whose son or daughter suffered from this.

I also felt devastated for my daughter who felt like a freak.

She started to spend more time at home, and didn’t want to go out with friends.

She stopped going to sleepovers and instead of being a happy confident child, she became quite and sad.

I started looking on the internet and to my surprise was shocked at how many teenage panic attacks sufferers where out there.

On one site I found a girl of 13 who was suffering and didn’t know what was happening to her, and didn’t know who to ask for help.

I looked into all sorts of different panic attack treatments and in the end after many hours of research came across a product called Panic Away.

It was an online course with an eBook video and an mp3 recording.

The course was devised by Joe Barry who suffered from panic attacks for many years.

He says “When you start having anxious thoughts, it’s important not to force the thoughts away.”

This course has been a godsend for my daughter.

As soon as she started the programme I could see a difference in her.

And I am delighted to say that after a few weeks, I have my daughter back.

I now have a happy, confident child enjoying life with her friends again.

If you want the same let Joe Barry help your son or daughter with their teenage panic attacks just follow this link to Panic Away.

I hope their journey is as successful as my daughters has been.
